Click on this control to display the dropdown-list of PA-RUN Shortcut locations:
▶ You can see that in this example screenshot of the dropdown-list the Desktop location for the user "Peter" contains a PA-RUN Shortcut Link (indicated by the icon) and this Shortcut Link has a hotkey SHIFT+ALT+R (indicated by the hotkey label ). This means that the user "Peter" can see the PA-RUN Shortcut Link on his computer-screen's desktop. This also means that the user "Peter" can launch PA-RUN by double-clicking the PA-RUN Shortcut Link icon on his computer-screen's desktop or by pressing the hotkey SHIFT+ALT+R on his keyboard.
▶ You can see that in the dropdown-list the Desktop location for ALL USERS contains no PA-RUN Shortcut Link (indicated by the icon). And because there is no PA-RUN Shortcut Link in this location the hotkey-label "NIL" is displayed (indicated by the hotkey label ). This means that no other users on your computer can see any PA-RUN Shortcut Link on their computer-screen's desktop. This also means that no other user on your computer can launch PA-RUN from their computer-screen's desktop.
▶ You can see that in the dropdown-list the System32 location does contain a PA-RUN Shortcut Link (indicated by the icon) and this Shortcut Link has no hotkey (indicated by the hotkey label ). This means that ALL USERS on your computer can launch PA-RUN e.g. from an automation script or by typing "parun.lnk" on a CMD console:

Right-clicking on the (closed) Dropdown control displays a popup-menu with some addional self-explanatory options and actions:
