This option is enabled with both Console Programs and normal GUI (Graphical User Interface) Programs.
This option also works both for programs started from the Program watch edit-field and for programs started from the Program/Parameters edit-field.
Executing a program "as Administrator" by confirming the UAC (User Account Control) prompt gives the program special rights/privileges (e.g. writing to protected directories):
Be careful when executing programs with Administrator rights!
