This field displays the hotkey after you have setup it with the Hotkey Capture Activation button.
This field cannot be edited directly/manually. It only displays the hotkey.
(The above screenshot was made on a German Windows Computer. In English, this hotkey would be displayed as "CONTROL+SHIFT+R").
