This button opens the Program-Notes Manager/Editor window where you can store and read useful custom information about the selected program:
You can store information about program parameters, hints about the program, clickable URLs, clickable mail-addresses, screenshots, tabular data, the license code for the program, etc. etc. All this is not hidden in some deeply nested folder but available at a single mouse-click!
