This Status-Bar button indicates that a program has been started by PA-RUN from the Program watch edit-field (either by pressing the ENTER/RETURN key or by clicking the RUN button).
Click on this button to show the same popup-menu as with the Actions button:
When you close the started program then this button will automatically disappear.
